SUMMARY
The Carpenter participates in community upgrades and specialized projects throughout the Capri portfolio.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Works with the Construction Project Manager to perform apartment complex renovation projects including but not limited to:
- Assist with demolition of apartment, including trash and appliance removal
- Execute carpentry work, including cabinet, and trim installation.
- Replace existing flooring with upgraded material.
- Conduct light electrical work including upgrading light fixtures.
- Execute plumbing upgrades including tub-to-shower conversions
- Conduct exterior building upgrades
May assist in communities to help cover PTO or position vacancies as needed.
Follows company policies regarding safety and building regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of three to five years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License required for frequent vehicle travel.
