Multi-Site Field Supervisor / Project Foreman (Multi-Family)

**About the Role

**

Complete Conversion Services is seeking a Multi-Site Field Supervisor / Project Foreman to oversee interior renovation work within multi-family and commercial properties across the Northern VA and DC markets.

This role is primarily focused on overseeing crews, checking work quality, keeping jobs moving, coordinating materials, and making sure punch list items are completed. The ideal candidate is comfortable jumping in when needed to handle minor punch work, assist trades, or run materials to keep the project on schedule.

**Key Responsibilities

**

Oversee day-to-day progress across two to three active multi-family renovation projects

Monitor and support interior unit renovations, including:

Cabinet installation and layout checks

Finish carpentry and trim quality

Drywall, painting, and punch list completion

Read and interpret scopes of work, unit layouts, and cabinet plans

Walk units and common areas to identify incomplete work, quality issues, and punch list items

Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedules, quality standards, and material needs

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material runs as needed

Troubleshoot field issues, confirm materials are on site, and keep unit turns on track

Provide regular updates, photos, daily notes, and job documentation as required

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and tenant-ready
