What You’ll Lead

• Full-cycle oversight of construction projects across multiple sites, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality from start to finish.
• Strict adherence to safety requirements and local, state, and federal building codes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep designs, plans, and field execution aligned.
• Creation and upkeep of detailed schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Routine site walks and inspections to verify workmanship, production rates, and quality benchmarks.
• Rapid issue identification and resolution to remove roadblocks and prevent delays.
• Clear, consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on status, risks, and next steps.
• Hands-on leadership and mentorship for on-site field teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of construction management experience overseeing active builds.
• Deep knowledge of building methods, materials, and the regulatory landscape.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and transition smoothly between varied site environments.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a sharp eye for detail.
