We’re searching for a Multi-Property Renovation Operations Lead to guide crews, uphold quality, and keep multiple projects advancing—without losing sight of the details that matter.

Imagine this

A cabinet layout arrives that doesn’t match the plan. You catch it on your morning walk, realign the team, confirm the corrected materials are on site, and keep the unit turn on schedule. Later, you spot a drywall patch that needs another pass, jump in to resolve minor punch items, and coordinate an afternoon delivery so trim and paint can finish strong. By day’s end, your photos, notes, and documentation tell the story: safe, clean, organized progress—ready for tenants.

Your impact

• Direct day-to-day progress across two to three active multi-family renovation projects
• Oversee unit interiors: cabinet installs and layout checks; finish carpentry and trim quality; drywall, painting, and punch list closeout
• Interpret scopes of work, unit layouts, and cabinet plans to guide execution
• Walk units and common areas to identify incomplete work and quality concerns
• Coordinate with Project Managers on schedules, quality benchmarks, and material needs
• Align subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material runs
• Troubleshoot field issues, verify materials availability, and keep unit turns on track
• Provide consistent updates with photos, daily notes, and job documentation
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Maintain clean, organized, safe sites prepared for tenant occupancy
