Pay: $14.00 an hour
Hours:  Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
 

Nesco Resource is hiring 1st Shift Multi-Machine Operators for our Client in Longview, NC. These positions involve operating and monitoring production equipment and do not involve working with fiberglass.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple production machines to meet production and quality requirements.

• Perform machine setup, basic adjustments, and changeovers as trained.

• Load materials into equipment and remove finished products.

• Inspect products for defects and report quality concerns.

• Monitor equipment performance and notify the supervisor of machine issues.

• Read and follow work orders, operating instructions, and safety procedures.

• Maintain accurate production records.

• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.

• Work with team members to maintain a steady production flow.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Ability to monitor multiple machines and manage competing tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and handling materials throughout the shift.

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as required.

• Commitment to safe work practices and use of required PPE.
