Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage potential customers through leads, phone outreach, email, community networking, and/or in-person interactions.
  • Assess customer needs and explain relevant State Farm products.
  • Support sales processes, including gathering information, preparing quotes, and coordinating next steps.
  • Maintain customer communication and follow up throughout the sales cycle and after policies are issued.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to support renewals, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Execute sales and activity goals set by the agency.
Qualifications:
  • Comfort with sales conversations and explaining coverage options clearly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to daily activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, business development, or marketing preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
