Sharon Pound State Farm Agency is looking for a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Multi-Line Sales Producer who wants to build a successful insurance career and be rewarded for performance.


This is a sales and production position—not a traditional customer service role.


We are building a high-performance agency focused on protecting customers across multiple lines while creating significant opportunities for producers who consistently generate results.


What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up with new prospects
  
  
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health insurance
  
  
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up consistently with leads
  
  
• Identify cross-sell and multi-line opportunities
  
  
• Make life insurance conversations part of the regular sales process
  
  
• Quote prospects and confidently ask for the business
  
  
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
  
  
• Meet daily activity and monthly production goals
  
  
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and role-playing
  
  
• Track your results and take ownership of your production
  
  

Production Expectations


Our producers work toward clear, measurable goals, including:


$30,000+ in new Property & Casualty premium per month


5+ Life insurance policies/applications per month


We also track the activities that drive production, including calls, conversations, quotes, follow-ups, appointments, and closes.
