What You’ll Do

• Quote and sell multi-line insurance policies (Auto + Home/Renters/Umbrella and Life where applicable)
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Review coverage needs, recommend solutions, and provide guidance with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate with our team to ensure accurate applications and smooth policy setup
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales confidence with a consultative approach (not pushy—helpful)
• Comfortable learning insurance products and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and track progress
• Licensed (preferred) or willing to obtain your insurance license quickly
