Remote Multi-Line Representative – State Farm Experience Required

Remote | Full-Time | $22–$27/hour + Bonuses/Commission

We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Line Representative to join our State Farm agency in a fully remote role.


This position requires prior experience working in a State Farm agent’s office. Applicants must also currently hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage
• Generate quotes and follow up with prospective customers
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing, claims questions, and other service needs
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $22–$27/hour
• Commission & bonuses: Monthly incentives based on production and goal achievement
• Expected total compensation: $55,000–$75,000+

Required Qualifications


To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have prior experience working in a State Farm agent’s office
• Hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Hold an active Life & Health insurance license
• Have experience with insurance sales, customer service, and policy servicing
• Be comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be dependable, organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote environment

Although this position is remote, you’ll be an active part of the team (mix of in-person and remote staff). We communicate regularly, celebrate wins together, and expect remote team members to stay engaged, accountable, and connected to the agency.
