We’re looking for a motivated, competitive, and personable
Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and wants a career where strong performance is rewarded.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and follow up with new sales opportunities
- Speak with prospective and existing customers to identify their needs
- Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Build relationships and maintain a strong customer experience
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads
- Cross-sell additional products to existing customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Compensation
- $50,000–$80,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
- Base pay + performance-based commissions/bonuses
- Uncapped earning potential for top performers
