About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team and culture from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and completed the Aspirant Program, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business, develop my leadership skills, and prepare for agency ownership.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. I'm also a big sports fan, especially when it comes to Dallas teams. Being involved in the local community is important to me, and I enjoy finding ways to connect with and support the people we serve.
Culture is one of my top priorities. I believe people perform at their best when they enjoy where they work, feel supported by their team, and have opportunities to grow. Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
