Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with customers to identify needs, qualify fit, and present relevant product options.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Support sales workflows by handling scheduling, documentation, and timely follow-ups to keep opportunities moving.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to generate leads and increase product awareness in the community.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate CRM and customer records to ensure consistent communication and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Partner with the sales and office team to meet monthly goals, improve processes, and support overall revenue objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both writing and conversation.
  • Learn quickly and apply new information with confidence.
  • Stay highly organized and detail-focused to keep information accurate, consistent, and easy to act on.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments by prioritizing tasks and keeping momentum on time-sensitive items.
  • Approach challenges as opportunities to solve problems.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance is preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain the required state insurance licenses (or begin the licensing process immediately).
