Pay: $30/hour + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Prospect through calls, referrals, follow-up, networking, and lead generation
• Identify customer needs and recommend State Farm insurance products
• Sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other applicable policies
• Build and manage a strong pipeline
• Deliver excellent customer service while driving new business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Prior sales experience required
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable
• Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
• Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain

• Up to $30/hour base pay - depending on experience and performance
