As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll be at the center of our growth. You’ll connect with prospective customers, uncover their needs, recommend the right solutions, and turn opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business through outbound calls and inbound leads
- Building genuine relationships with clients and understanding their insurance needs
- Presenting personalized insurance solutions and guiding customers through the buying process
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
- Managing your sales pipeline and keeping accurate CRM records
