About our Agency:I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, my background was in launching and leading nonprofit organizations, where I developed a passion for building strong teams and making a meaningful impact. I'm a graduate of the University of Maryland, and our office is located just two miles from the home where I grew up, making the opportunity to serve this community especially meaningful to me.
Community involvement remains an important part of who we are. We support organizations and initiatives including the Montgomery County Police Foundation, Winston Churchill High School athletics, and Glen Echo Park.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
