You'll identify new opportunities in corporate, group, and extended-stay segments, stay informed on local demand trends, and contribute to annual budgeting and revenue planning. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with General Managers, guide and develop property-level sales teams, establish performance goals, review sales production and pacing reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to company leadership.
