Multi-Family Construction Project Manager

A well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of multi-family work is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Northeast Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout and is looking for long-term stability with a company that values its people.

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing multi-family construction projects from start to finish

• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

• Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation

• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner reporting

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, design teams, and field staff

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
