Description

Lead Multifamily ProjectsManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project planning efforts. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify risks, solve challenges, and proactively drive project outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and project partners.
