    We’re looking for a Multi-Discipline Reliability Technician to keep plant assets healthy and production-ready. You’ll blend electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing know-how to maximize uptime, improve safety, and maintain a first-class facility.

    Core qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification/degree preferred.
    • Track record in multi-craft maintenance within industrial or facility environments.
    • Working knowledge across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
    • Effective communicator; organized and dependable.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours and take on-call duty when required.

    • 120/208/240/480 V power distribution
    • High-voltage systems exposure and safety
    • Pneumatics troubleshooting
    • General maintenance and mechanical repair
    • Industrial electrical systems diagnostics
    • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
    • Equipment repair and preventive maintenance
    • Equipment installation and startup

    Location and schedule

    This position is based in Vicksburg, MS. Work hours are flexible based on operational needs; on-call support may be required.
