POSITION SUMMARYThe Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Clinician provides model adherent intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. The MDFT Clinician will go through the MDFT certification process, obtain licensure clinical and supervision hours and obtain experience in the adolescent, parent and family clinical realm.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work and Doctorate in Psychology.Credential(s) Required: Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist. If you are a MSW, a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin employment.Valid Drivers License is required. Safely operates vehicle in the community, based on program needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes clinical documentationProvides triages for clinical emergencies and aligns with identified safety plan.Works collaboratively with internal and external providersMeets with families based on model expectationsProvides service in the office, remote and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program. May transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate.Work in a team to provide wrap around services to the family both clinical and case managementParticipate in on-call rotation with teammates to support clients/families in times of crisis.
