Your impact
Own preventive maintenance schedules for production and facility equipment to optimize reliability.
Jump on emergency breakdowns, restoring operations swiftly and safely.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; repair, verify, and document results.
Perform root cause analysis and review corrective actions with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Independently execute mechanical work involving belts, sprockets, chains, bearings, and pulleys.
Gain certification and safely run forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts.
Pitch in with general labor and additional tasks that support plant goals.
What you bring
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate degree in a technical/industrial discipline from an accredited institution (preferred)
Experience
Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance or equivalent (required); 3+ years (preferred)
Working knowledge of mechanical/maintenance principles, equipment, and tools (preferred)
