We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, OH, 44104. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring that our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and improve facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in multi-craft maintenance, with a strong understanding of various trades.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
