Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial production equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple maintenance disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
This position will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety regulations, procedures, and company standards.
Partner with Engineering teams to install, test, troubleshoot, and release equipment.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment.
Maintain industrial processing equipment, conveyors, pipeline distribution systems, and related machinery.
Troubleshoot and maintain various PLC-controlled systems.
Work with industrial networking and communication systems, including EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
Troubleshoot AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
Calibrate flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops.
Inspect, repair, rebuild, and maintain bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Support rotating equipment maintenance and repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical and mechanical schematics, technical drawings, manuals, work orders, and equipment documentation.
Review machine error messages, test results, and equipment operating conditions to identify problems.
Inspect parts and equipment for damage, wear, or other potential issues.
Test and observe machinery while operating to verify proper performance.
Properly use hoists, lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing instruments.
Accurately document maintenance activities in a CMMS.
Perform equipment installation, repairs, adjustments, and rebuilds as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Hands-on multi-craft maintenance experience.
Experience working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing or industrial field service environment.
Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience working with large or complex industrial machinery.
Ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting PLCs.
Experience with AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
Experience with industrial communication networks such as EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, or DeviceNet.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment.
Experience with CMMS systems.
Experience with calibration of industrial instrumentation and control loops.
Welding and industrial fabrication experience.
Additional Information
Salary: $35.19 per hour
Performance Bonus: 2025 average was approximately 16%
