Must:
have strong verbal and written communication skills
be able to learn and work with SAP
have general craft knowledge including but not limited to Carpentry, Electrical, General Construction, Indoor Air Quality, Masonry, Plumbing and/or steam fitting, Refrigeration, Sheet Metal or Welding
Computer skills/familiarity with word processor and spreadsheets required
Ability to:
perform complex mathematical calculations required
successfully complete supervisory training courses
