Multi‑Axis CNC Programmer‑Operator (Mills & Lathes)

If you answered yes, you might be the CNC pro we’re looking for. We’re hiring for both day and night shifts.

Role highlights

• Set up and operate CNC turning and milling centers to meet engineering specifications.
• Interpret prints, technical drawings, and CAD models to define tooling, workholding, and cut strategy.
• Conduct in‑process and final inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot alarms, surface finish issues, and dimensional drift; perform routine maintenance.
• Log part counts, offsets, and process notes for repeatability and traceability.
• Comply with all safety procedures; keep machines and surrounding areas organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certification preferred.
• 2+ years working as a CNC machinist on both mills and lathes.
• Solid grasp of CNC programming concepts and G‑code edits.
• Comfort with precision metrology (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and GD&T callouts.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and blueprints.
• Clear communicator with strong teamwork and problem‑solving habits.
