Role Snapshot
- Operate CNC machines with accuracy and care to meet tight tolerances
- Inspect workpieces and confirm conformance to specifications
- Adhere to written procedures and verbal direction
- Execute repetitive operations with consistent results
- Tend multiple machines in a production cell as needed
- Assist senior machinists with setups and programming adjustments
- Demonstrate dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred
- 2+ years of machining experience
- Mechanical aptitude and solid basic math
- Team-oriented, eager to learn and improve
