Impact you’ll make

• Own setups and operation on CNC grinding and milling centers across 3–4 axis VMCs and advanced 5+ axis platforms.
• Hit demanding aerospace tolerances by mastering blueprints, precision inspection, and intelligent tooling/offset adjustments.
• Continuously improve by partnering with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and the Tool Room.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, and collaboration.

What it takes

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of related experience in machining.
• Experience with CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi‑axis equipment.
• Advanced blueprint reading and inspection capability.
• Mechanical strength and troubleshooting skill.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first approach.
• Aerospace background preferred; exceptional machinists from other sectors welcome.
