Description

The MTA DOB Superintendent will oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards on site. This role is based in Brooklyn and requires detailed coordination of construction projects within the property industry.

Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with MTA and DOB regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless project workflows.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction efforts.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and project stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.

Profile

A successful MTA DOB Superintendent should have:
