Description

We are seeking an MSP Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a Contingent Workforce Program. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal stakeholders while managing contingent workforce activities through the Magnit Vendor Management System (VMS). The ideal candidate will have prior MSP, staffing account management, or contingent workforce program experience and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities

Support daily operations of the contingent workforce program.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requisition needs, provide program guidance, and ensure timely execution of hiring activities.
Create, manage, and track contingent labor requisitions within Magnit VMS.
Coordinate with staffing suppliers regarding candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding, and assignment management.
Support the full contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate worker and assignment records within the VMS.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Resolve program-related issues and inquiries with a high level of responsiveness and customer service.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, program policies, and client requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Assist with reporting, data validation, and workforce analytics activities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in MSP services, staffing account management, contingent workforce programs, procurement, or HR operations.
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong client service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Experience with Magnit VMS is strongly preferred.
