What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg/Oncology/Telemetry setting
  • Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
  • Access central lines, PICC lines, and ports; administer blood products
  • Use advanced equipment such as B450 monitors, GE telemetry systems, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
  • Assist with chest tube insertions/removals and high-flow nasal cannula use
  • Manage patient symptoms related to disease progression and treatment
  • Ensure infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
  • Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

What You Need
  • Valid Ohio RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in Med/Surg or Oncology
  • Certification: BCLS
  • Proficiency in ECG interpretation, arterial line management, IV start, blood product administration, and chest tube procedures
  • Experience with EPIC EHR system required
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts varying between day and night rotations
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
