What Youll Do- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg/Oncology/Telemetry setting
- Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
- Access central lines, PICC lines, and ports; administer blood products
- Use advanced equipment such as B450 monitors, GE telemetry systems, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
- Assist with chest tube insertions/removals and high-flow nasal cannula use
- Manage patient symptoms related to disease progression and treatment
- Ensure infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
- Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
What You Need- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in Med/Surg or Oncology
- Certification: BCLS
- Proficiency in ECG interpretation, arterial line management, IV start, blood product administration, and chest tube procedures
- Experience with EPIC EHR system required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts varying between day and night rotations
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
