What Youll Do
- Provide expert nursing care across various hospital units as a float RN
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Adhere strictly to shift protocols and staffing ratios (1:6)
- Utilize Epic electronic medical records system efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Support patient education and comfort during your shift
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Epic EMR experience
- BLS certification
Preferred:- ACLS & CPI certifications
