Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Seeking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer leading the design, development, and support of low-code automation solutions and enterprise-grade applications. You will play a key role in business automation initiatives while ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of SQL environments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including schema design and performance optimization
• Create and maintain stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and ETL processes
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications and databases
• Troubleshoot Power Platform errors, workflow failures, and database performance issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support modernization, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse
• Strong SQL skills and experience integrating with databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher
• Experience with Power BI, dataflows, and enterprise reporting
• Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS
