Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support enterprise application development and business process automation initiatives for the Client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop and optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and data models.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure services, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Create custom connectors, forms, and enterprise business applications.
  • Troubleshoot application, workflow, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
  • Follow best practices for governance, security, ALM, and environment management.
  • Support security roles, DLP policies, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Strong SQL development and database integration experience.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL-400) or higher.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and enterprise application integrations.
