Neillsville School District is seeking a passionate and dynamic Choir Director to take over a well-established choral program at both the middle and high school levels. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop their vocal talents, foster an appreciation for choral music, and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage middle school and high school choir programs, including curricular and extracurricular ensembles.

  • Implement a comprehensive choral music curriculum aligned with state and national standards.

  • Teach vocal technique, music literacy, and performance skills.

  • Prepare students for district, regional, and state-level choral festivals and solo/ensemble events.

  • Foster a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth.

  • Collaborate with other music teachers, school staff, and administration to support a thriving arts program.

The School District of Neillsville is located in rural Central Wisconsin on Highway 10 between Osseo and Marshfield. Neillsville is the county seat and home to a comprehensive Marshfield Clinic facility, including an Emergency Room. Clark County offers a variety of outdoor and recreational opportunities.
