Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an MS Dynamics Application Development, Lead for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate proven experience leading solution architecture, data migration, environment management, and deployment support while driving successful CRM implementations in agile environments.

Rate Range: $53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

MS Dynamics Application Development, Lead Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution workshops, and create high-level technical design documentation.

• Design and manage CRM data models, integrations, and data migration solutions using Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure-based tools.

• Develop and oversee customizations including plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps components.

• Manage CRM environments across development, testing, UAT, and production, supporting deployment and application lifecycle management (ALM).

• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex CRM issues, and mentor development teams to deliver solutions within tight project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform development, implementation, and solution architecture.

• Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, CRM customizations, plugins, JavaScript, and enterprise integrations.

• Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale CRM data migration, integration, and deployment solutions using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, or similar technologies.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
