Pay Range: $40 - $48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno Functional Consultant with extensive experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of Dynamics CRM, specifically in Sales and Customer Service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dynamics CRM (Online) functional areas - Sales, Customer Service
• Technical expertise in configurations and customizations of MS Dynamics 365 CRM
• Ability to develop and debug Plugins, Java Scripts, Power Automate Flows
• Experience with Power BI, Dynamics 365 CE Copilot, Power Platform, Power Pages, Workflows, SSIS, and KingswaySoft
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with additional Dynamics 365 modules
• Advanced knowledge of Power Platform tools
• Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implementing and customizing MS Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Developing and maintaining Power Automate Flows and Plugins
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality
