HOW YOU''LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary: Device Tech for Heart Rhythm Clinic
Supports electrophysiology (EP) providers; manages, monitors, and documents cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) (e.g., pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICD), and loop recorders).
Demonstrates an understanding of diversity.

Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
Interrogates devices, reviews results, and escalates anomalies.
Documents device checks and assigns results to providers.
Ensures services are billed correctly.
Provides information to patients, assists in troubleshooting, and coordinates follow-up.
Maintains device functionality and coordinates vendor troubleshooting.
Adheres to applicable regulations and participates in quality improvement efforts.
Performs miscellaneous duties.
