MRI Technologist – Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT required
• 1 year of MRI Tech experience required
• Siemens equipment experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
• Shift days: Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Weekend requirement: 1 Saturday per month, if needed.
• Holiday requirement: 1 holiday while on assignment, if needed.
• No call required.
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required.

Location Highlights

St. Louis offers access to major landmarks and outdoor spaces for a hospital-based travel assignment. Forest Park sits about 15 minutes from downtown and includes the Saint Louis Art Museum, the St. Louis Zoo, and more than 1,300 acres of green space. Gateway Arch National Park is located along the Mississippi River in the city center, and the Delmar Loop and Central West End provide dining, entertainment, and walkable neighborhoods within a short drive. Lambert International Airport is roughly 20 minutes from central St. Louis, and weekend trips to state parks such as Castlewood State Park are available within about 30 minutes.
