Note: MRI Techs in position prior to 2007 will not be required to obtain certification . Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification through ARRT within 12 months of placement in position.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program

License/Certification/Registration:

• BLS
• ARRT certification in Radiography within 6 months of placement into position
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification through ARRT within 12 months of placement in position

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices to produce clinical diagnostic images.
