    Job Summary- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our dynamic team in Carmel, Indiana. This weekend MRI Tech will perform diagnostic imaging examinations, ensuring high-quality images and patient care. This role involves working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results.

     

    Job Duties

    • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
    • Operate MRI equipment and perform scans according to established protocols.
    • Ensure patient safety throughout the imaging process and monitor for any adverse reactions.
    • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and assist in diagnosis.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
    • Document patient information and scan results accurately in medical records.
    • Stay current with advancements in MRI technology through continuing education and training.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned. 

    Qualifications

    • Current ARRT certification in MRI or equivalent.
    • Valid Indiana X-ray state license.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
    • Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
    •  Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Work Schedule: Part-time weekend shift starting on Thursday. Flexibility in hours to meet client needs is essential.
    • Compensation: Starting pay is between $35.00 and $40.00 per hour, with flexibility for negotiation based on experience.
