Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center, and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center, and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing MRI cross-sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician.
• Operates and monitors MRI equipment.
• May assist in other areas as requested.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent.
• Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cross-Sectional Anatomy.
• ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible.
• Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire.
• Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree; Formal MRI Education.
• Three (3) years of experience in a hospital environment.
