Summary:
- Assist with residential and apartment relocations at various job sites.
- Load, transport, and unload furniture and personal belongings safely and efficiently.
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service during moves.
- Perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company at customer locations.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household items onto moving trucks.
- Safely pack, wrap, and protect customer belongings during transport.
- Carry and move items weighing 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
- Place furniture and belongings in designated locations at delivery sites.
- Follow safety procedures and assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed based on customer schedules and workload.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desired Work Experience:
- Previous moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
