We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator (Move Manager) to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the moving process. This role coordinates military and consumer shipments, communicates move details, schedules services, tracks shipments, and ensures a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage military and consumer moves.
  • Monitor and process shipment information, surveys, approvals, and documentation.
  • Track shipment status, pickup, and delivery schedules.
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers, agents, and operations teams.
  • Communicate move updates and resolve customer concerns.
  • Coordinate claims and assist with damage resolution when necessary.
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update company software.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service and data entry experience required.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain professional in fast-paced or stressful situations.
Work Environment
  • Office-based position.
  • Primarily indoor work.
