    Move Manager

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Manager to coordinate and oversee all aspects of residential and commercial relocations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth and efficient moves.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of moving projects from start to finish.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the moving process.
    • Develop detailed moving plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
    • Coordinate with movers, vendors, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution.
    • Conduct pre-move assessments and walkthroughs to identify potential challenges and requirements.
    • Manage inventory and oversee packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking activities.
    • Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of move details, expenses, and client communications.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all moving activities.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in move management, relocation coordination, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges effectively.
    • Familiarity with moving industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols.
    • Proficient in using project management and scheduling software.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

    Education

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
