Verona, PA – Part-time, 20-25 hours/week; Hourly, Non-exempt

Starting Pay: $19.85 - $24.75/hour; Depending on Experience

Longwood at Oakmont is a Presbyterian SeniorCare Network community that’s one of the top accredited retirement communities in the greater Pittsburgh area. CNA Trainees at Longwood work in the Hanna HealthCare Center, which is a 60-bed, Medicare-licensed long-term care skilled nursing residence that also offers short-term rehab and residential dementia care. Here, CNAs will find small, manageable assignments of eight to 12 residents, giving you time to care for and get to know your residents. 

The Move-in Coordinatoris responsible for all aspects of customer and new resident move logistics, to include providing excellent customer service, office support as needed, and ensuring that each new resident experiences a successful move-in process along with successful assimilation to life at Longwood at Oakmont. This position may require evening attendance.

Requirements for theMove-in Coordinator:

• An associate’s degree or higheris preferred or 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to manage details with both a big- and small-picture perspective.
• Must be able to maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
• Maintain consistent standard of customer service despite changeable and sometimes emotionally charged circumstances.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of management and team members.
