Mountain Shadows International Montessori School seeks an experienced, organized, and personable professional for a full-time, year-round administrative position supporting admissions, enrollment, front office management, and school operations.
Working closely with the Head of School and senior leadership team, this individual will manage prospective family inquiries, conduct campus tours, coordinate enrollment and onboarding, maintain student records and health documentation, support licensing compliance, oversee daily office operations, and assist with school communications and community events.

Qualifications: Minimum: 3+ years of school administrative experience; excellent English communication, organization, technology, and problem-solving skills; professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred: Montessori or independent school experience; bachelor's or master's degree; Montessori credentials; admissions, enrollment, licensing compliance, and student records experience. Spanish bilingual proficiency and demonstrated leadership skills are a plus.
Salary Range: $63,000-$78,000 annually
