Mountain Shadows International Montessori School

Duties :

• Assist lead teachers in implementing Montessori-based activities tailored to toddlers' developmental needs
• Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and rest times
• Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities that promote exploration and skill development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment with appropriate materials and toys
• Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and interests to inform teaching strategies
• Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and social interactions among children
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Qualifications: Prior experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques CO Assistant Teacher qualifications. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a nurturing environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic setting.

Salary Range: $18-$23 an hr
