What We’re Looking For
- Strong motorsports technician background in motor sports (ATV's, motorcycles, etc.)
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Must have your own tools
- Must have valid driver's license and pass driving record check
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be able to physically stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, lift 50 pounds
- At least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre employment drug screen (THC not tested for pre employment)
What You Will Do
- Perform work specified on repair orders with attention to detail and emphasis on quality
- Test ride units, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate directly to the service advisor to keep customers informed of repair and if any additional service is needed
- Time management ability for providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Performing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Know the in's and out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Accurately diagnose, service, install performance upgrades and repairs
