    Description

    Badger Coaches provides services to college and professional sports teams, tours, cross country trips and daily shuttle and line-run service. We have immediate opportunities for strong candidates with at least two years of passenger transportation(motorcoach, school bus or transit )experience.

    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Top-notch customer service related to passenger transportation 
    • Safe, efficient operation of motorcoach or other assigned vehicle in varieties of weather & road condition, with goals that include on-time arrival and departure from work assignments
    • Compliance w/ applicable rules, regulations, state and federal law
    • Demonstrated good situational judgment
    • Works and plays well with others - customers & potential clients, co-worker

    Qualifications and Skills
    • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with 
    • Class A or B, and Air Brake and P endorsements
    • Current Fed Med Exam certificate
    • Demonstrable commercial people-transportation experience
    • Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
    • Pass Criminal Background Check
    • Safe Driving Record

    Benefits and Perks

    Hourly pay between $25.20 to $28.00 (DOE and with potential longevity/tenure increases)
