    As a Motor Repair Technician, you'll be hands-on, dismantling, inspecting, and assembling motors and generators from well-known brands like WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and Caterpillar. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure each motor runs smoothly and safely.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Taking apart and putting together AC/DC motors and generators with care and precision
    • Inspecting and measuring components using tools like micrometers and calipers
    • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues to keep everything running perfectly
    • Keeping clear records of your inspections and repairs
    • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety every step of the way

    Requirements

    We’re looking for someone who has:

    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience repairing AC/DC motors — teardown and assembly
    • Familiarity with major industrial motor brands such as WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and Caterpillar
    • Comfort using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently
    • Good communication skills with the ability to document work clearly

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience working in a manufacturing or repair shop environment
    • An eye for detail and commitment to quality
    • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

    Work environment:

    • You'll be working in an industrial, hands-on setting dealing with both mechanical and electrical motor components
